Arount the world mobile has become the most important part in everyone’s day today life. With the growing adoption of smart phones, more and more people are browsing the internet on their mobile device. This technology helped to reduce the time spent and waiting for a browsing center, till we reach home/office to use internet. Even though some phones, like the iPhone, have browsers that make viewing regular webpages suitable, a mobile version of your website can mean several benefits, like faster load times, and ensuring your content can be viewed on a wider range of phones.
Creating a mobile version of WDL has been on my to-do list for a while now, but yet there is still no mobile version of this site. Sensing that I’ve been putting it off for far too long, I’ve started to do research on the best mobile solution which can be used for all websites. I’ve found that there are a number of solutions out there that make it easy to go mobile with your website, but here are eleven of the best.

I’ve looked into many of these companies, trying to find that one site that can do it all. I actually ended up going with a company called UNITY Mobile. Didn’t make your list, but defiantly should have. You can do so much with it, from SMS to videos to a web site converter. I’ve yet to see other companies offer all of the features I’m getting from Unity.

I’m sure we’re all aware of Googles drive to include site loading speed in the algorithm, so I thought you might find this simple way to speed up your site by 3 to 4 times using a couple of lines of code interesting.
I’m sure it’ll work with any site, but it’s particularly useful if you’re using a heavy CMS like WordPress (I think this site is WordPress?).
Basically if your server has zlib compression enabled you can add 2 lines of code above the document type in the header, and when a visitors browser calls the pages, your server will automatically compress the page and send the compressed file to their browser.
I don’t want to go into too much detail here, so if you search for it in Google you should find various sites with instructions.
I’ve been trying it with some of my sites (it takes a couple of minutes to add the code), and it does indeed make a significant difference.
